2. Shipping Across Pakistan
We currently deliver orders nationwide across Pakistan.
Orders are shipped through TCS and other courier services where required.
3. Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping charge is Rs. 300 per order.
Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free shipping.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during the ordering process.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in the destination area.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Products that have been used, opened, or have a broken bottle/seal are not eligible for return.
Because our products include oils, soaps, and other personal-use products, we cannot accept opened or used products for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
14. Return Eligibility
Returns may be considered in cases such as:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
